Horse Boarding

Our boarding feature is great for capturing all the details of your agreement. But you need to make sure you have a few things created before you get started capturing information about a new client and their horse.
We all know the saying, "If you want to do something, do it right" and that is the same when it comes to using the boarding feature. When you invest a little bit of time inputting your data, then everything just flows nicely throughout the app and you'll appreciate it along with your clients.
If you haven’t discovered the Stables/Livery feature, you’re missing out. This feature allows you to define your barn and the stalls within it. Then you can place your horses into those stalls which includes important care, feed and contact information like farriers and veterinarians. You can also give access to Barn Managers to see those horses and manage their care directly too.
Next, you need to add the people related to this boarding agreement to your Contacts. Why? Because within a tap of the app, you can share with them status or give them a quick call. No more hunting around for that list of phone numbers for each horse.
And last, you need to add that client horse to your horses. You have two options for doing this. 1 - If your client is using the app, all they need to do is CONNECT the horse to you. 2 - If they are not using the app, then you’ll just need to add them like it is your horse. You can CONNECT or TRANSFER the horse back to the owner when they use the app in the future.
Now you can click the + icon to start creating your agreement with your client. Just fill out as many of the fields as possible and the app will do the rest. All this information will be stored and available for printing and in the near future, invoicing too.
